वर्कबुक में दी गई वर्कशीट्स पर कार्य करने का क्रम वही रहेगा जो वर्क बुक में दिया गया है। अतः विषय- हिंदी, गणित एवं अंग्रेजी विषय की अभ्यास वर्कशीट्स पहले पूर्ण की जाना है, इसके पश्चात मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स पूर्ण करना होगा।

2. वर्कबुक की वापसी :-

विषयवार हिंदी, गणित एवं अंग्रेजी की अभ्यास वर्कशीट्स एवं मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स पूर्ण होने पर वर्कबुक विद्यालय में जमा करा लिया जावे।

3. चयनित वर्कशीट्स की जाँच :-

चयनित वर्कशीट्स से आशय वे मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स जो किसी माह (जनवरी/फरवरी/मार्च) के लिए निर्धारित की गई है, उनकी जाँच कर अंक प्रदान किए जावें।

4 अंकों का अभिलेख में अंकन :-

कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित विषय हेतु प्रतिभापर्व, वार्षिक मूल्यांकन (माह- जनवरी, फरवरी, मार्च हेतु) जो पूर्णांक निर्धारित हैं, उनमें से विद्यार्थी के द्वारा प्राप्तांक को मूल्यांकन अभिलेख (जैसे कि परीक्षाफल पंजी) में अंकित किया जावे।

5. वर्कशीट्स पूर्ण करने की समय सीमा :-

यद्यपि अभ्यास पुस्तिका में दी गई वर्कशीट्स पर कार्य पूर्ण करने हेतु कोई नियत समय सीमा नहीं की गई है। फिर भी बच्चों से इस प्रकार कार्य कराया जाना चाहिए कि मूल्यांकन के आधार पर प्रतिभा पर्व एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन 25 मार्च तक पूर्ण करके प्राप्तांक मिल सके, ताकि 31 मार्च को परिणाम की घोषणा के साथ-साथ अन्य मूल्यांकन अभिलेख समय पर पूर्ण हो सके और बच्चों को कक्षोन्नति प्रदान की जा सके।

6. वर्क बुक को शाला अभिलेख के रूप में संधारण :-

विद्यार्थियों को प्रदान की गई वर्क बुक से किसी भी दशा में मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स को फाड़ कर अलग न किया जावे। बच्चों के द्वारा हल की गई मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स को शाला अभिलेख के रूप में संधारित किया जावे।

7. अंक विभाजन :-

कक्षा 1 एवं 2 के विद्यार्थियों का प्रतिभापर्व माह- जनवरी जो कि 20 अंक का होगा एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन माह फरवरी 50 अंक, माह मार्च 50 अंक का होगा।

8. वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम हेतु कुल पूर्णांक :-

विद्यार्थियों का वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम प्रति विषय निर्धारित होगा। 20 अंक प्रतिभापर्व (माह जनवरी), 50 अंक (माह फरवरी) एवं 50 अंक (माह- मार्च) हेतु निर्धारित होंगे। वर्ष 2020-21 में प्रति विषय 120 पूर्णाक होंगे। इन पूर्णांकों में से जितने भी अंक विद्यार्थी प्राप्त करेगा वह उसके प्राप्तांक होंगे और उसी आधार पर वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार कर ग्रेड दिया जावेगा।
उदाहरण स्वरूप - कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में तीन-तीन विषय हैं। अतः हिंदी 120 अंक, गणित 120 अंक, अंग्रेजी 120 अंक - इस तरह कुल 360 अंकों में से विद्यार्थी के द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार होगा।

9. प्रगति पत्रक भरना :-

प्रगति पत्रक में केवल अर्धवार्षिक (प्रतिभा पर्व) का ग्रेड, वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम का (जनवरी-फरवरी-मार्च माह का मूल्यांकन 20+50+50 = 120 के प्राप्तांक के आधार पर) केवल ग्रेड अंकित किया जाएगा।

टीप :- प्रगति पत्रक की शेष प्रविष्टियों को रिक्त ही रखा जाएगा।

1. Working order on worksheet: -

The order of working on the worksheets given in the workbook will be the same as that given in the workbook. Therefore, the practice worksheets for the subject- Hindi, Mathematics and English are to be completed first, after this the evaluation worksheets have to be completed.

2. Return of Workbook: -

Subject wise Hindi, Mathematics and English practice worksheets and evaluation worksheets should be submitted to the school on completion of the worksheets.

3. Examination of selected worksheets: -

From the worksheets selected, the evaluation worksheets which have been set for a month (January / February / March), marks should be awarded to them.

4. Marks filling in the record: -

In class 1 and 2, for Hindi, English, Mathematics subjects, the annual assessment (for the months - January, February, March), which are scheduled for the obtained marks, should be marked in the evaluation record (such as the examination register).

5. Deadline to complete worksheets: -

However, no fixed time limit has been set to complete the work on the worksheets given in the exercise book. However, children should be made to work in such a way that on the basis of the evaluation, the talent festival and annual evaluation can be completed by March 25, so that the declaration of results on March 31, along with other evaluation records can be completed on time and Can be provided classrooms.

6. Maintenance of work book as school inscription: -

In any case, do not tear apart the evaluation worksheets from the work book provided to the students. Evaluation worksheets solved by children should be maintained as school records.

7. Marks division: -

The month of January for the students of classes 1 and 2 - January which will be of 20 marks and the annual evaluation month will be of 50 marks, the month of March will be of 50 marks.

8. Total integer for annual exam result: -

The annual examination result of the students will be determined per subject. 20 marks will be set for Pratibhaprava (month January), 50 marks (month February) and 50 marks (month - March). There will be 120 integers per subject in the year 2020-21. The marks obtained by the students from these integers will be their marks and the annual examination results will be prepared and graded on the same basis.
For example - class 1 and 2 have three subjects each. Hence Hindi 120 Marks, Mathematics 120 Marks, English 120 Marks - In this way, the result will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the student out of total 360 marks.

9. Filling of Progress Sheet:-

In Progress Sheet only grade of half yearly (Pratibha Parva), annual grade result will be marked (based on the score of 20 + 50 + 50 = 120 for the month of January-February-March).

Note: - The remaining entries in the progress sheet will be left blank.
