कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों के मूल्यांकन (अर्द्धवार्षिक (प्रतिभा पर्व ) मूल्यांकन एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन) के लिए ऑकलन वर्कशीट हैं जो कि होम बेस्ड असाइनमेंट के रूप में हैं जिन्हें विद्यार्थियों को घर पर रहकर पूरा करना होगा।

2. वर्कशीट को हल करना :-

विद्यार्थीगण प्रदान की गई वर्कशीट्स को अपने घर पर रहकर स्व-विवेक से हल करने के साथ-साथ घर के सदस्यों एवं अन्य सहयोगियों से सहायता लेकर स्वयं पूरा करते हुए शिक्षकों के पास जमा करेंगे।

3. वर्कशीट को हल करने हेतु समय सीमा :-

विद्यार्थियों को वर्कशीट पर कार्य पूर्ण करने के लिए 10 से 15 दिवस का समय प्रदान किया जायेगा इसके पश्चात बच्चों से वर्कशीट जमा करा ली जावेंगी।

20 जनवरी 2021 के आदेशानुसार कक्षा 1 एवं 2 के लिए यद्यपि अभ्यास पुस्तिका में दी गई वर्कशीट्स पर कार्य पूर्ण करने हेतु कोई नियत समय सीमा नहीं की गई है। फिर भी बच्चों से इस प्रकार कार्य कराया जाना चाहिए कि मूल्यांकन के आधार पर प्रतिभा पर्व एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन 25 मार्च तक पूर्ण करके प्राप्तांक मिल सके, ताकि 31 मार्च को परिणाम की घोषणा के साथ-साथ अन्य मूल्यांकन अभिलेख समय पर पूर्ण हो सके और बच्चों को कक्षोन्नति प्रदान की जा सके।

★कक्षा 1 एवं 2 की मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स★

4. कक्षा 1 एवं 2 के लिए अभ्यास पुस्तिका (वर्कबुक) :-

कक्षा 1 एवं 2 के लिए माह जनवरी, फरवरी एवं मार्च तक के लिए एक 'अभ्यास-पुस्तिका' (वर्कबुक) उपलब्ध कराई गई है। इस वर्कबुक में तीनों विषय- हिंदी, अंग्रेजी एवं गणित दिए गए हैं जिसमें 'अभ्यास वर्कशीट' प्रारंभ में दी गई हैं एवं अंत में 'मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट' दी गई हैं।

5. कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में माहवार हल कराई जाने वाली मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट्स की संख्या :-

कक्षा -1 :- हिंदी →(कुल वर्कशीट 14) जनवरी- 1 से 4, फरवरी- 5 से 9, मार्च 10 से 14 । गणित → (कुल वर्कशीट्स 9) जनवरी- 1, फरवरी- 2 से 5, मार्च- 6 से 9, अंग्रेजी→ (वर्कशीट्स संख्या 14) जनवरी- 1 से 4, फरवरी- 5 से 9, मार्च- 10 से 14 ।

कक्षा-2 :- हिंदी → (वर्कशीट संख्या 17) जनवरी- 1 से 5, फरवरी- 6 से 11, मार्च-12 से 17, गणित→ (कुल वर्कशीट्स संख्या 7) जनवरी- 1, फरवरी- 2 से 4, मार्च- 5 से 7, अंग्रेजी→ (कुल वर्कशीट्स संख्या 9) जनवरी- 1, फरवरी- 2 से 5, मार्च- 6 से 9 ।

6. कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में व वर्कशीट से हल कराने का क्रम :-

कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में सर्वप्रथम 'अभ्यास वर्कशीट' को विद्यार्थियों से पूरा कराया जाना है इसके पश्चात 'मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट' पर कार्य कराया जाएगा।

7. अभ्यास पुस्तिका में लेखन हेतु नियत स्थान :-

अभ्यास पुस्तिका (वर्कबुक) में दी गई वर्कशीट्स में ही विद्यार्थियों के लेखन हेतु स्थान दिया गया है, विद्यार्थियों को नियत स्थान पर अपना उत्तर या मत अंकित करना है।

★कक्षा 3 से 8 तक की आकलन वर्कशीट★

8. वर्कशीट में खंड 'अ' एवं खंड 'ब' :-

कक्षा 3 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों के आंकलन (मूल्यांकन) हेतु वर्कशीट में 2 खंड दिए गए हैं। खंड 'अ' एवं खंड 'ब'। खंड 'अ' में विषय आधारित कौशल के प्रश्न होंगे जबकि खंड 'ब' में प्रोजेक्ट वर्क (प्रायोजना कार्य) से संबंधित कार्य सम्मिलित हैं।

9. प्रश्नों की संख्या :-

खंड 'अ' में प्रश्नों की संख्या 5 से 6 होगी जबकि खंड 'ब' में 1 या 2 प्रश्न होंगे।

10. उत्तरों के लेखन हेतु नियत स्थान :-

कक्षा 3 से 8 में दी गई वर्कशीट्स में विद्यार्थियों के लिए प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने हेतु स्थान दिया गया है। साथ ही प्रोजेक्ट वर्क को लिखने के लिए भी स्थान प्रदान किया गया है। विद्यार्थियों को प्रश्न या प्रोजेक्ट के नीचे दिए गए नियत स्थान पर ही अपने घर पर रहकर उत्तर लिखना होगा।

11. वर्कशीट में अंकों का निर्धारण :-

वर्कशीट में 60% अंक लिखित एवं 40% अंक प्रायोजना कार्य के लिए प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

12. वर्कशीट के प्रश्नों को हल करने का तरीका :-

प्रोजेक्ट वर्क में बच्चों के लिए प्रश्न अवलोकन करने, पता लगाने, विश्लेषण करने, निष्कर्ष निकालने एवं टिप्पणी लिखने पर आधारित हैं। प्रोजेक्ट वर्क में किसी बच्चे से कोई मॉडल वगैरह नहीं बनाया जावेगा। यह प्रोजेक्ट वर्क ऐसे हैं जो कि विद्यार्थी घर पर रहकर अपने घर में उपलब्ध रोजमर्रा की सामग्री के आधार पर या घर के सदस्यों से जानकारी एकत्र कर पूर्ण कर सकेंगे।

13. विद्यार्थी के द्वारा मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट पूर्ण करने की प्रक्रिया :-

विद्यार्थी वर्कशीट को अपने घर पर ही रह कर पूरा करेंगे वर्कशीट में दिए गए प्रश्नों एवं प्रायोजना कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए विद्यार्थीगण अपनी पाठ्यपुस्तक से सहयोग लेंगे। इसके अलावा बड़े भाई-बहन, माता-पिता, दादा-दादी या फिर आसपास अन्य पढ़े लिखे व्यक्ति/ बुजुर्ग से आवश्यकतानुसार चर्चा करते हुए पूर्ण करेंगे। इस प्रक्रिया के संदर्भ में कक्षा-शिक्षक के द्वारा विद्यार्थी को वर्कशीट प्रदान करते समय समझा नहीं समझा जानी चाहिए।

14. वर्कशीट पूरा कराने में शिक्षकों की देखरेख:-

शिक्षकों के द्वारा अपनी कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों को मूल्यांकन वर्कशीट वितरित करने के पश्चात सतत रूप से फोन या व्यक्तिगत रूप से संपर्क बनाते हुए शत-प्रतिशत बच्चों की वर्कशीट्स पूर्ण कराई जावे।

15. अंक विभाजन एवं परीक्षा परिणाम :-

विद्यार्थियों का प्रतिभापर्व माह- जनवरी जो कि 20 अंक का होगा एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन माह फरवरी 50 अंक, माह मार्च 50 अंक का होगा। वर्ष 2020-21 में प्रति विषय 120 पूर्णांक होंगे। इन पूर्णांकों में से जितने भी अंक विद्यार्थी प्राप्त करेगा वे उसके प्राप्तांक होंगे और सभी विषयों में प्राप्तांकों के आधार पर वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार कर ग्रेड दिया जावेगा।

प्रगति पत्रक में केवल अर्धवार्षिक (प्रतिभा पर्व) का ग्रेड, वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम का (जनवरी-फरवरी-मार्च माह का मूल्यांकन 20+50+50 = 120 के प्राप्तांक के आधार पर) केवल ग्रेड अंकित किया जाएगा।

उदाहरण स्वरूप - कक्षा 1 एवं 2 में तीन-तीन विषय हैं। अतः हिंदी 120 अंक, गणित 120 अंक, अंग्रेजी 120 अंक - इस तरह कुल 360 अंकों में से विद्यार्थी के द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार होगा। कक्षा 3 से 5 में चार विषय हैं, जिसमें हिंदी 120 अंक, अंग्रेजी 120 अंक, पर्यावरण 120 अंक एवं गणित 120 अंक। इस तरह से कुल 480 अंकों में से परीक्षा परिणाम बनेगा। कक्षा 6 से 8 में कुल 6 विषय हैं - जिनमें हिंदी 120 अंक, अंग्रेजी 120 अंक, संस्कृत 120 अंक, गणित 120 अंक, विज्ञान 120 अंक एवं सामाजिक विज्ञान 120 अंक इस तरह सभी विषयों के कुल पूर्णांक 720 में से प्राप्तांको के आधार पर परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार कर ग्रेड दिया जायेगा।

16. परीक्षाफल का निर्धारण, कक्षोन्नति एवं प्रगति पत्रक में ग्रेड भरना :-

परीक्षाफल का निर्धारण- अर्धवार्षिक एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन के अध्ययनरत विषयों (कक्षा 1 एवं 2 - हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित; कक्षा 3 से 5 - हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, गणित, पर्यावरण; कक्षा 6 से 8 - हिंदी अंग्रेजी, संस्कृत, गणित, विज्ञान, सामाजिक विज्ञान ) के प्राप्तांकों के आधार पर किया जाना है। प्रगति पत्रक में अर्धवार्षिक (प्रतिभा पर्व) एवं वार्षिक परीक्षा के प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर ग्रेड प्रदान किया जाना है।

17. सह-शैक्षिक एवं व्यक्तिगत सामाजिक गुणों के विषयों के ग्रेड प्रदान करना :-

बच्चों को 'सह-शैक्षिक' एवं 'व्यक्तिगत सामाजिक गुणों' के विषय में शिक्षकों के द्वारा अंक→ 'हमारा घर हमारा विद्यालय' के अंतर्गत सीखने-सिखाने की प्रक्रिया के दौरान बच्चों से निरंतर संपर्क किया गया है, इस के दौरान बच्चे के कार्य-व्यवहार के आधार पर ग्रेड दिए जाएंगे।

18. विद्यार्थियों की कक्षोन्नति एवं उन्हें प्रगति पत्रक का वितरण :-

शाला में कक्षाओं दर्ज समस्त विद्यार्थियों को उपरोक्त अनुसार मूल्यांकन प्रक्रियाओं के आधार पर वर्कशीट आधारित मूल्यांकन में प्राप्त विषय वार अर्द्धवार्षिक (प्रतिभा पर्व) एवं वार्षिक मूल्यांकन के प्राप्तांको को जोड़कर वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम घोषित किया जावेगा और बच्चों को कक्षोन्नति प्रदान की जायेगी। प्रगति पत्रक में ग्रेड अंकित करने के पश्चात 31 मार्च 2021 तक परिणाम की घोषणा कर समस्त बच्चों को प्रगति पत्रक अनिवार्यतः वितरित किए जाएंगे।

टीप :- प्रगति पत्रक की शेष प्रविष्टियों को रिक्त ही रखा जाएगा।

19. पोर्टल पर प्रतिभा पर्व एवं वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम की डाटा एंट्री कराना :-

प्रतिवर्ष के अनुसार प्रतिभा पर्व एवं वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम पोर्टल माड्यूल पर शालावार कक्षावार, विषयवार, ग्रेडवार विद्यार्थी संख्या की प्रविष्टि बी.आर.सी. स्तर पर कराई जावेगी।

20. कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल का पालन :-

उक्त मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया को कार्य रूप में परिणित करते समय कोविड-19 संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए सुरक्षा मानदंडों का पालन किया जाना अनिवार्य है।

1. Evaluation Worksheets: -

There are assessment worksheets for evaluation (semiannual (talent festival) evaluation and annual evaluation) of students from classes 1 to 8. b> are in the form of home based assignments which students must complete at home.

2. Solving Worksheet: -

Students will submit the provided worksheets to teachers at their home, solving them at their own discretion, as well as self-completion with help from household members and other colleagues.

3. Deadline to solve worksheet: -

Students will be provided 10 to 15 days time to complete the work on the worksheet, after which the children will be submitted the worksheet.

By order of 20 January 2021 For classes 1 and 2, however, no fixed time limit has been set to complete the work on the worksheets given in the exercise book. However, children should be made to work in such a way that on the basis of evaluation, Pratibha Parva and annual evaluation can be completed by 25 March , so that on 31st March Announcement of results as well as other assessment records to be completed on time and to provide class promotion to children.

★ Class 1 & 2 assessment worksheets ★

4. Workbook for Class 1 & 2: -

For classes 1 and 2, a 'practice book' (workbook) for the month January, February and March has been made available. . This workbook gives all the three subjects- Hindi, English and Mathematics in which 'practice worksheet' is given at the beginning and 'assessment worksheet' at the end is given.

5. Number of assessment worksheets to be solved month-wise in class 1 and 2: -

Class-1: - Hindi → (Total Worksheet 14) January - 1 to 4, February - 5 to 9, March 10 to 14. Mathematics → (Total Worksheets 9) January - 1, February - 2 to 5, March - 6 to 9, English → (Worksheets No. 14) January - 1 to 4, February - 5 to 9, March - 10 to 14.

Class-2: - Hindi → (Worksheet no. 17) Jan-1 to 5, Feb-6 to 11, Mar-12 to 17, Mathematics → (Total Worksheets no. 7) Jan-1, Feb-2 to 4, Mar- 5 to 7, English → (Total Worksheets no. 9) January - 1, February - 2 to 5, March - 6 to 9.

6. Order of solving in class 1 and 2 and from worksheet: -

In class 1 and 2, the first 'practice worksheet' is to be completed by the students, after which work on 'assessment worksheet' will be done.

7. Fixed point for writing in practice book: -

In the worksheets given in the practice book itself, there is space for students to write, students have to write their answer or vote at the appointed place.

★ Assessment Worksheet from class 3 to 8 ★

8. Section 'A' and section 'B' in the worksheet: -

There are 2 sections in the worksheet for assessment (evaluation) of students from class 3 to 8. Section 'A' and Section 'B' . Section 'A' will contain subject-based skill questions while section 'B' contains tasks related to project work (planning work) .

9. Number of questions: -

The number of questions in section 'A' will be 5 to 6 while section 'B' has There will be 1 or 2 questions.

10. Fixed place for writing answers: -

The worksheets given in class 3 to 8 provide space for students to answer questions. Also, space has been provided for writing project work . Students will have to write the answer by staying at their home at the designated place given below the question or project.

11. Determination of digits in worksheet: -

In the worksheet, 60% marks will be written and 40% marks will be awarded for sponsorship work.

12. How to solve questions in worksheet: -

Questions for children in project work are based on observing, finding, analyzing, drawing conclusions and writing . In project work, a child will be created with a model , etc. not . These project tasks are such that students will be able to complete their stay at home based on the everyday materials available in their home or by collecting information from the members of the household.

13. Procedure for completion of assessment worksheet by the student: -

Students will complete the worksheet by staying at their home. Students will take help from their textbook to complete the questions and planning work given in the worksheet. Apart from this, elder brothers and sisters, parents, grandparents or other educated person / elders nearby will complete the discussion as required. In the context of this process the class-teacher should not be understood while providing the worksheet to the student.

14. Supervising teachers in completing worksheets: -

After teachers deliver assessment worksheets to students in their class, the worksheets of 100 percent of the children should be completed by constantly making phone or in-person contact.

15. Marks and Examination Results: -

Student's reflection month - January which will be 20 marks and the annual assessment month is February 50 marks , the month of March 50 marks < / b>. The year 2020-21 will have 120 integers per subject. The marks obtained by the students from these integers will be their marks and the annual exam results will be graded and graded based on the scores in all the subjects.

Progress Sheet Only Half Yearly ( Pratibha Parva) 's grade, annual exam results ' s (January-February-March month evaluation 20 + 50 + 50 = 120 scores On the basis) only grade will be marked.

Example - Class 1 & 2 has three subjects each. Hence Hindi 120 marks, Mathematics 120 marks, English 120 marks - In this way, the test result will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the student out of the total of 360 marks. There are four subjects in classes 3 to 5 , in which Hindi 120 marks, English 120 marks, Environment 120 marks and Mathematics 120 marks . In this way, the test result will be made out of total 480 marks. There are total 6 subjects in classes 6 to 8 - in which Hindi 120 marks, English 120 marks, Sanskrit 120 marks, Mathematics 120 marks, Science 120 marks and Social Science 120 marks Like all subjects, the exam results will be prepared and graded grade based on the scores of Total Integer 720 .

16. Determination of examination, grade promotion and filling grade in progress sheet: -

Determination of test - Semi-annual and annual assessment of the studied subjects (Class 1 & 2 - Hindi, English, Mathematics; Class 3 to 5 - Hindi, English, Mathematics, Environment; Class 6 to 8 - Hindi to be done on the basis of scores of English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Science) . The progress sheet is to be graded on the basis of marks obtained for Half Yearly (Pratibha Parva) and Annual Examination .

17. To provide grades of subjects of co-educational and personal social qualities: -

Points by teachers regarding children 'co-educational' and 'personal social qualities' → 'Our home is our school' Children are constantly approached during the learning-learning process, during which grades will be given based on child's behavior .

18. Promotion of students and distribution of progress sheets to them: -

Annual examination by adding subject wise half-yearly (talent festival) and annual evaluation scores to all the students entering classes in the school based on the evaluation procedures as mentioned above. The result will be announced and children will be provided classrooms. After marking the grade in the progress sheet, the progress sheet will be compulsorily distributed to all the children by declaring the result by 31 March 2021 .

note: - The remaining entries in the progress sheet will be left blank.

19. Getting data entry of Pratibha Parv and annual exam results on the portal: -

As per Pratibha Parv and annual exam result portal module every year, entry of class wise, subject wise, grade wise student no. Will be provided at the level.

20. Following the COVID-19 protocol: -

safety criteria to prevent Kovid-19 infection when modifying the said evaluation process in action is mandatory to be followed.
