मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने प्रदेश के नागरिकों की सुविधा के लिए सीएम सिटीजन केयर (181) पर आय प्रमाण पत्र एवं मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने की सुविधा प्रारंभ की है। इस सुविधा का लाभ सभी प्रदेश के मूल निवासी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। आय प्रमाण पत्र एवं मूलनिवासी प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करने में विलंब को देखते हुए सेवा प्रारंभ की गई है। इसमें सी.एम.सिटीजन (181) नं. कॉल करना होगा और अपना आधार नंबर एवं आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान करने के साथ ही एक दिवस के भीतर ही व्हाट्सएप पर ये प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त हो जाएंगे।इस संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग मंत्रालय भोपाल के पत्र (जो यहाँ दिया गया है) का अवलोकन करें। पत्र को नीचे लिंक पर क्लिक कर डाउनलोड भी कर सकते हैं।
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan has started the facility of obtaining income certificate and native certificate on CM Citizen Care (181) for the the convenience of the citizens of the state. All the nagives of the state can get the benefit of this facility. The service has been started in view of the delay in obtaining income certificate and indigenous people. In this CM citizen (181) number. Have to call and provide your Aadhaar number and necessary information also, these certificates will be received on WhatsApp within a day.
