विकास के अध्ययन की उपयोगिता- 'बाल विकास एवं शिक्षाशास्त्र'
Child Development and Pedagogy- Usefulness of study of Development
(अ) बाल पोषण का ज्ञान:- (Knowledge of child nutrition) : -
बाल विकास के अध्ययन ने समाज के समक्ष दो पहलू प्रस्तुत किए हैं।
(The study of child development has presented two aspects to the society.
1. व्यवहारिक।
2. सैद्धांतिक।
समाज में प्रत्येक शिक्षक एवं अभिभावक दोनों के लिए उक्त दोनों तरह के पक्षों का ज्ञान होना अति आवश्यक है। बाल विकास का क्रमिक ज्ञान भावी माता-पिता एवं उसके संरक्षक को को होगा तो वे उसकी उचित देखभाल कर सकेंगे। मातृत्व पितृत्व जैसे उत्तरदायित्व, आधारभूत प्रश्नों का उत्तर, बाल विकास के गंभीर अध्ययन से ही प्राप्त होता है।
1.Behavioral.
2. Theoretical.
It is very important for both teachers and parents in the society to have knowledge of both the above aspects. If the prospective parents and their guardian have a gradual knowledge of child development, then they will be able to take proper care of it. Responsibility such as maternal paternity, answers to basic questions comes from a serious study of child development.)
(ब) बालक के सामान्य व्यवहार का ज्ञान:-
(Knowledge of general behavior of a child)
बाल-विकास के अध्ययन का प्रमुख लक्ष्य यह है कि बालक का विकास किस तरह से हो कि उसमें सामान्य व्यवहार दिखाई दे। बालक का मानसिक एवं शारीरिक विकास सामान्य हो। बाल-विकास का यह अध्ययन अभिभावकों को इस बात के लिए प्रेरित करता है कि उनके बालकों का व्यवहार एवं विकास सामान्य हो तभी वे समाज के लिए उपयोगी बन सकेंगे।
(The main goal of the study of child development is that how the development of the child is so that normal behavior can be seen in it. Normal mental and physical development of the child. This study of child development motivates parents to be able to become useful to society only when their children's behavior and development is normal.)
(स) बालकों में विश्वास उत्पन्न करना:-
(Creating confidence in children)
बाल-विकास का अध्ययन, माता-पिता को सामाजिक निर्देशन प्रदान करता है। प्रायः यह देखा जाता है कि बालक अपने माता-पिता से झूठ बोलने लगते हैं और उनका विश्वास खो देते हैं। ऐसी परिस्थिति में बाल विकास का अध्ययन माता-पिता को सही मार्गदर्शन देकर उनके बालक में सद्भाव एवं विश्वास कायम करने में सहायक होता है।
(The study of child development provides social guidance to parents. It is often seen that children start lying to their parents and lose their trust. In such a situation, the study of child development is helpful in giving good guidance to parents and helps them to develop harmony and trust in their child.)
(द) समाजीकरण में सहायक:-
(Helpful in socialization)
बालक का समाजीकरण बालक के जीवन की महत्वपूर्ण घटना होती है। समाज के अन्य व्यक्तियों के साथ उसका समायोजन एवं गतिविधियों को समझने में बाल विकास का अध्ययन आवश्यक होता है।
( Socialization of a child is an important event in a child's life. Study of child development is necessary to understand its adjustment and activities with other persons of the society.)
(ई) विकास की विभिन्न अवस्थाओं का ज्ञान:-
(Knowledge of different stages of development)
बाल विकास के अध्ययन से माता-पिता तथा शिक्षक को यह ज्ञात होता है कि विभिन्न अवस्थाओं में बालकों में कौन-कौन से शारीरिक, संवेगात्मक, सामाजिक, नैतिक एवं भाषाई परिवर्तन होते हैं और किस तरह से बालक शैशव अवस्था से लेकर प्रौढ़ अवस्था तक विकसित होता है।
From the study of child development, parents and teachers are able to know what physical, emotional, social, moral and linguistic changes occur in children in different stages and how children develop from infancy to adulthood. it happens.
(फ) बालक के व्यक्तित्व निर्माण में सहायक:-
(Helpful in building the personality of the child)
एक बालक के अंदर अनेक क्षमताएँ निहित होती हैं। यह दक्षताएँ या क्षमताएँ तभी पल्लवित होती है जब उचित दिशा निर्देश उन्हें प्राप्त होता है। अतः बाल-विकास का ज्ञान होने पर शिक्षक, अभिभावक आयु के स्तरानुसार उनकी खूबियों को निखार कर उनका व्यक्तित्व विकसित कर सकते हैं।
(Many abilities are contained within a child. These competencies or abilities flourish only when they receive the appropriate guidelines. Therefore, having knowledge of child development, teachers can develop their personality by improving their qualities according to the level of parents.)
(ग) खेल प्रतिभा और बालक का विकास:-
(Development of sports talent and children)
खेल बालक के विकास का अभिन्न अंग है। अभिभावक या शिक्षक को बाल विकास का अध्ययन यह बताता है कि खेलों को बालक के विकास की प्रक्रिया में किस प्रकार रखा जाए ताकि उसका संतुलित विकास हो सके।
(Sports are an integral part of child development. The study of child development to the parent or teacher tells how to put sports in the process of child development so that its development can be balanced.)
(ह) बालक के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने में सहायक:-
(Help in maintaining the health of the child)
बाल विकास के अध्ययन से एक पालक या शिक्षक जान पाता है कि किस प्रकार बालक का स्वास्थ्य उसके विकास को प्रभावित करता है। बालक का शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्वास्थ्य उसके विकास में अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। जिन बालकों का शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य खराब होता है वे मानसिक रूप से भी अस्वस्थ पाए जाते हैं। अतः बाल-विकास का अध्ययन बहुत जरूरी है।
(By studying child development, a parent or teacher can know how the child's health affects his / her development. Physical and mental health of the child is very important in his development. Children who have poor physical health are also found to be mentally unwell. Therefore, the study of child development is very important.)
(इ) बाल विकास का अध्ययन शैक्षिक प्रक्रिया में महत्वपूर्ण:-
(Study of child development is important in educational process)
बालक के माता-पिता भी बालक के शैक्षिक विकास के लिए उतने ही जिम्मेदार हैं, जितने कि शिक्षक। बालक की शिक्षा की प्रक्रिया में रुचि (अभिरुचि), योग्यता, क्षमता आदि का विशेष महत्व है। इसलिए बालक की शैक्षिक प्रक्रिया में उनके लिए शैक्षिक पाठ्यक्रम उनकी आयु, बुद्धि तथा परिवेश के अनुसार बनने लगते हैं। जिससे बालक की समुचित शिक्षा-दीक्षा संपन्न की जा सके।
(The parents of the child are as much responsible for the educational development of the child as the teachers. Interest (interest), ability, ability, etc. are of special importance in the child's education process. Therefore, in the educational process of the child, educational courses are made for them according to their age, intelligence and environment. So that proper education and initiation of the child can be done.)
(ज) व्यक्तिक भेंदों पर बल:-
( Emphasis on individual differences)
यह बात स्पष्ट है कि यदि एक ही माता की दो संतानें हैं, तो भी उन्हें व्यक्तिगत भेद पाए जाते हैं। अतः बालक विशेष को ध्यान में रखकर उसकी शारीरिक आवश्यकताओं के साथ-साथ है। व्यक्तिगत शिक्षण की आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति की जाती है। अलग-अलग बालकों को अलग-अलग शिक्षण पद्धतियों से पढ़ाया जाता है। अतः बाल विकास का अध्ययन व्यक्तिक वेदों के अनुसार शिक्षण प्रक्रिया अपनाने का आधार प्रदान करता है।
(It is clear that even if there are two children of the same mother, they are found to have personal differences. Therefore, the child has to keep in mind his special needs as well as his physical needs. Individual learning needs are met. Different children are taught with different teaching methods. Hence the study of child development provides the basis for adopting the teaching process according to individual Vedas.)
(क) बाल आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति:-
(Fulfillment of Child's Requirements)
बाल विकास का अध्ययन से हमें बालक की अनेक आवश्यकताएँ- जैसे उचित वातावरण, संतुलित भोजन, अच्छी सत्संगति, खेल स्वतंत्रता, उचित स्नेह, आवश्यकता अनुरूप सहानुभूति, जिज्ञासा की संतुष्टि, आत्म प्रदर्शन के अवसर प्राप्ति, संवेगों का शोधन, अंतर्द्वंद और हीनता की भावना से छुटकारा आदि। अनेक आवश्यकओं का ज्ञान कराता है, एवं समय अनुसार उचित निदान करने हेतु सुझाव प्रदान करता है।
(From the study of child development, we have many requirements of the child - such as proper environment, balanced diet, good company, freedom of play, proper affection, needful sympathy, satisfaction of curiosity, opportunity for self-display, refinement of emotions, sense of inferiority and inferiority Get rid of etc. Gives knowledge of many essentials, and provides suggestions for proper diagnosis in time.)
